Signature Healthcare Foundation Presents $22,500 to Three St. Louis Non-Profit Organizations
Signature Healthcare Foundation is pleased to announce the presentation of $22,500 of funding to non-profit organizations in the St. Louis area. This year, the Foundation presented $7,500 to Annie’s Hope, $7,500 to Midtown Community Services, and $7,500 to VetLinks.
Annie’s Hope provides free, comprehensive support services to children, teens, and their families who are grieving death.
Midtown Community Services, through its Family PRIDE program, strives to give children the healthiest start to life by connecting new and expectant mothers to prenatal care, education, support services, and each other.
VetLinks bridges the mental health care gap for veterans with PTSD connecting veterans, families, and caregivers to post traumatic stress and traumatic brain injury alternative treatment programs and resources
This funding was made possible through the Foundation’s 12th annual Golf Tournament, which was held on April 29th of this year. This tournament is vital in helping fulfill the Foundation’s mission to utilize physician leadership to improve healthcare quality, efficiency & affordability. In addition to providing grants to non-profit organizations within the area, this tournament’s proceeds also support the Foundation’s program Operation Family Help, which offers financial assistance to patients and their families that cannot afford their medical needs.
