Golf Tournament Funding Request

    Through its annual Golf Tournament, Signature Healthcare Foundation supports established organizations already effectively addressing the healthcare needs of our community through programs and services they operate. These organizations support the care provided by physicians through assistance provided to current and potential patients and their families.

    To be considered for support from the 2020 Signature Foundation Golf Tournament, please complete the following request by Nov. 1, 2019.

    The following is requested of organizations receiving funding from the Golf Tournament.

    - Work with Signature Foundation video staff to film information about your organization which can be shown at the event & on the
    Foundation’s website
    - Supply organizational summary and photos which can be used on the event brochure and other marketing materials
    - Share information about this opportunity and encourage participation through distributing of brochures, posting on social media
    sites and conversations amongst volunteers, personal and business contacts
    - Supply a representative at the golf reception & dinner to answer any questions & distribute any handouts, etc.
    - Facilitate post event publicity opportunities – photo ops, check presentation, feature in organizational newsletter, etc.

    Other ways, which are not required, in which funded organizations can assist the tournament include:

    - Supplying volunteers the day of the event
    - Providing items for the silent auction
    - Register a foursome to specifically represent your organization
