  Our Goals
The goal of Signature Foundation Rehabilitation Services is to provide the highest quality and cost-effective outpatient therapy services to patients in the St. Louis metro area. We offer outpatient therapy services to a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries and disorders, as well as for general rehabilitation needs. We work with individuals of all ages to return them to their highest possible level of function and to the activities they enjoy most as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.

We staff the highest quality physical and occupational therapist in the St. Louis area. They are dedicated to applying innovative clinical pathways that ensure each patient receives the utmost in care, on a personalized level.

Physical therapists are specialists in the identification and treatment of movement disorders. Our physical therapists evaluate each patient’s functional ability and prescribe a comprehensive plan of care that may include:

  • Therapeutic exercises to restore motion and strength
  • Manual Therapy techniques
  • Joint and soft tissue mobilization
  • Use of modalities such as electrical stimulation, heat, and crotherapy to help decrease swelling, restore joint motion, and minimize pain
  • Bracing and splinting
  • Orthotic/Prosthetic training
  • Posture and body mechanics instruction
  • Education and information specific to the injury or illness

Occupational therapists focus on improving a patient’s ability to perform the activities of daily living, and our therapists specialize in hand therapy. Treatment may include:

  • Comprehensive evaluation and treatment for both surgical and non-surgical hand injuries.
  • Strengthening specific muscle groups to help restore fine and gross motor skills
  • Instruction in ergonomic retraining, joint protection, scar management, and wound care .
  • Customize adaptive equipment
  • Custom static and dynamic splinting
